- Support the operational team within the outlet by undertaking various tasks including administrative responsibilities, assisting with backend support functions, managing stock receiving and handling, and fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties necessary to ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations. - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and facilities smooth transactions to enhance their shopping experience. (Customer Service Focus)
- Utilize product and service knowledge to drive sales, meet sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth. (Sales-Driven)
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for sales techniques and product knowledge
- Sales incentives will be provided as rewards for achieving targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and support fellow team members to foster a collaborative and customer-centric environment. (Customer Service & Team-Orientation)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Candidate is able to speak English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Passionate towards pharmacy practice and providing best healthcare to communities.
- Able to perform shift duties and willing to reallocate if required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Problem solving and good analytical skills.
- Initiative, strong sales skill and good discipline.
