The Company Driver cum Office Admin Support is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of the MD, the MD’s family members, and employees (when required). In addition to driving duties, this role involves providing essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations. The responsibilities also include managing general office maintenance and other related tasks to support the overall office environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving & Transportation

· Safely transport the MD to and from the office/home, meetings, events, airports, and other work-related locations.

· Transport employees to meetings, functions, conferences, and airports as required.

· Transport the MD’s family members for errands, functions, and airport trips when needed.

· Assist with luggage and other personal items, ensuring they are loaded and unloaded from the vehicle.

· Ensure that the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.

· Monitor fuel levels, schedule regular maintenance, and manage vehicle-related paperwork.

· Adhere to traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.

2. Office Administration Support

· Assist in managing office supplies such as A4 paper, toiletries, and other essentials, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and collect newspapers, letters, and parcels from the mailbox.

· Purchase and deliver breakfast, lunch, or beverages for employees during meetings, as required.

· Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

· Contact vendor for repairing of photocopier machines/printers when required.

· Coordinate office maintenance and simple repairs, such as changing light bulbs, fixing toilet flush systems, and addressing leaks in the pantry sink, toilet bowl, bidet set, etc.

· Liaise with service providers for more complex repairs or services as needed.

· Organize and maintain office files and records for easy access and retrieval.

· Archive files and organize the filing cabinets.

3. Team & General Support

· Help ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

· Provide cleaning support when needed, particularly in the absence of cleaners.

4. Other Duties

· Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.

· Occasionally assist with errands or special transportation requests outside of regular duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
