Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Handle the Audit Manager's daily schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordinating communication between departments and outside clients.
2. Business & Financial Support
- Performing on-site audit activities under the supervision of senior staff, with a focus on timely task completion.
- Track audit and reporting deadlines to guarantee submissions are on time.
3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Keep an eye on all pending assignments and provide updates to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain updated checklists for all recurring tasks and reporting schedules.
- Make sure all required documentation and supporting materials are submitted accurately.
4. Other Duties
- Handle other tasks as requested by the Audit Manager.
- Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibility
- Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Possess a valid driving license and able to drive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
