Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Support
- Perform accounting duties as directed by management or supervisors.
- Coordinate with the finance department for the Manager.
2. Business & Operational Support
- Responsible for preparing documentation and reports requested by the Manager.
- Track pending tasks and deadlines with other departments or clients to ensure timely completion.
3. Project Coordination
- Track the progress of ongoing projects and tasks for the Manager.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables, providing reminders and updates as needed.
- Liaise with different teams to gather data, reports, and submissions.
4. Administrative Duties (minimal, work-focused only)
- Keep all business records organized through proper filing and documentation.
- Keep all confidential documents private and handle them with care.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (e.g., account assistant, finance exec).
- Experience supporting management or executives is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
- Familiar with accounting software (Auto Count, UBS, SQL, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, especially in managing and structuring financial data, documentation, and task follow-ups to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely completion.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and resourceful.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
