Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, scheduling, and personal support to director. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and messages professionally
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and personal documents
- Assist with event planning, reservations, and logistics
- Run errands, coordinate deliveries, and manage household/vendor tasks (if applicable)
- Support with basic research, social media updates, or report preparation
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant tools
- Able to work independently and multitask effectively
- Trustworthy, professional, and discreet
- Willingness to travel occasionally
