What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
- Responsible for clients’ payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
- Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional client support
- Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
- Prepare reports and payroll reconciliations
- Stay updated on labor laws and payroll best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and statutory requirements
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
