Job Description:
- Assist patients with registration, admission, and discharge procedures.
- Escort or guide patients to wards, clinics, or diagnostic areas.
- Provide basic non-medical assistance to patients (e.g., fetching wheelchairs, helping with belongings).
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in patient areas.
- Support nurses and other staff in daily operations.
- Respond to patient inquiries politely and promptly.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM; Diploma in related field is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to assist patients when needed.
- Able to work well in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
