Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Partnership and Revenue Manager to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact collaborations and monetization opportunities that align with our long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to drive business growth and brand alignment.
- Initiate, structure, and negotiate partnership agreements with stakeholders across various industries.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
- Track partner performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize outcomes.
Revenue Growth & Monetization:
- Develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, finance) to optimize monetization efforts.
- Monitor revenue trends, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Innovate new partnership models to unlock additional revenue streams.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to co-develop joint campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments.
- Serve as the key liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or revenue management.
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships and revenue channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Media Industry and Investor Relations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial forecasting tools.
- Strong presentation skills and executive-level stakeholder management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
