We’re Hiring: Part-Time Live Host & Social Media Assistant
Location: One Space Wellness, Wangsa Maju
Working Hours: 3 hours per day (timing negotiable)
Commitment: 5 days per week
We are seeking a confident and reliable individual to join our team as a Live Host & Social Media Assistant. This role involves hosting live sessions to promote our wellness products and classes, supporting content uploads across social platforms, and conducting basic stock monitoring for our in-house retail items.

Key Responsibilities
1. Live Hosting
Host live sessions on TikTok/Instagram to introduce products, studio highlights, and engage with viewers.
- Maintain brand tone, communicate key messages clearly, and encourage interaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on key talking points or promotions.
2. Social Media Upload & Engagement
- Upload pre-approved content to Instagram, TikTok, or other assigned platforms.
- Ensure consistency with the content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor post engagement.
- Track and share simple analytics (views, likes, comments) weekly.
3. Basic Retail Stock Support
- Conduct routine stock checks (1–2x weekly) for our retail items.
- Update stock count records and notify the team when inventory runs low.
- Assist in maintaining retail display cleanliness and order.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable speaking live and interacting on camera
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Familiar with TikTok/Instagram features and content trends
- Passion for wellness, movement, or lifestyle branding
