Part-Time Content Strategist (AI & Automation Niche)
TL;DR:
We’re hiring a sharp, part-time content strategist to research winning video topics, identify high-leverage ideas from adjacent niches, and write crisp daily outlines/scripts for content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
You need to "get" AI and automation (especially tools like n8n), be a strong writer, and ideally have experience working with YouTube creators or similar brands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Trend Research & Idea Development
- Spot breakout topics and content angles across YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche forums
- Find high-performing videos and dissect what’s working
- Explore adjacent niches to surface unique content opportunities
- Content Planning & Scripting
- Write punchy, concise daily content outlines, scripts, and slides (YouTube-first, but also adapted for short-form)
- Craft titles, hooks, timestamps, and thumbnails concepts that actually get clicks
- Work closely with me to refine content direction and voice
- Workflow Support (with Technical Lens)
- Draft scopes for n8n developers based on researched automation ideas
- Quality-check workflows to ensure they match the brief and function as intended

- Have excellent writing and storytelling skills (bonus: copywriting chops)
- Are highly organized, self-driven, and deliver on time
- Have experience working with content creators or tech/automation brands
- Are familiar with my YouTube channel and the kinds of projects I share
Bonus Points If You:
- Have built or used n8n workflows
- Have worked in a content/research role for an automation or AI-related channel
- Can reverse-engineer content frameworks and replicate success with originality
