JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Sample registration.
2. Sending report and invoice to customer.
3. To ensure daily correspondence to the customer are handled smoothly, professionally and on time.
4. To attend to clients courteously and provide good customer services (on the phone and walk in).
5. To accept and distribute incoming mails and calls.
6. To type lab reports.
7. To assist in invoicing, billing and credit collection.
8. To check and monitor the reports turn around time and payment from customers.
9. Assist in preparing sales and collection reports.
10. To perform data entry.
11. To maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents.
12. To monitor dispatch record.
13. To assist in sales and marketing activities.
14. To prepare sales and marketing materials.
15. Handle customer complains.
16. Onsite sample collection when it is required.
17. Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical & operations team.
18. Responsible to document customers’ needs, communicate & liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers’ requirements are understood & can be fulfilled.
19. Perform any other assignments as and when required by the superior.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
