Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outsource Accountant to join our dynamic corporate service team. The candidate will handle financial management and reporting for multiple client companies, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. This role requires expertise in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations for client companies.
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage SST/GST reporting and submission for client companies.
- Assist with tax computation and filing (Corporate and Personal Income Tax).
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and provide financial advisory when needed.
- Support annual audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or corporate services.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Malaysia tax laws and SST requirements.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in both spoken and written Chinese, as the candidate will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers, along with English.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
