Job Vacancy: Outlet Supervisor – Café
Location: Kafe Pak Cik Gemuk, Tadisma Business Park, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam
Position: Full-Time
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,600 per month

We are a vibrant café dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee and a delightful customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Outlet Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and motivate the café team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, including stock ordering and control.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop staff schedules and monitor performance.
- Liaise with the Outlet Manager to implement operational strategies.
- Generate reports on outlet performance and staff productivity.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Minimum Diploma/SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Possess own transport
