We are a NON HALAL all day dining restaurant situated in Likas area now seeking experienced individuals to lead our ever growing team to greater heights.
As an OUTLET SUPERVISOR, your role is to ensure the restaurant operations run smoothly. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Goal-oriented - Able to drive monthly sales.
- Strong leadership skills - able to train and lead a team.
- Able to operate and maintain standards according to the SOPs.
- Positive & Professional - friendly, reliable and always maintains professionalism.
- Able to work in a NON-HALAL restaurant.
- With minimum 2 years in the F&B and Hospitality Industry. (Minimum of Supervisory level)
- Expected to practice effective management skills and provide training in order to achieve exceptional customer service & dining experience.
- Solutions-oriented and acts as a bridge between Front-of-House & Back-of-House to communicate operational matters.
- Able to reliably commute to work or planning to relocate before starting work.
