a) Role
- To oversee customer’s project/order fulfilment including processing customer’s orders, monitoring order status and progress, expediting customer’s urgent request.
- Making sure that projects/orders undertaken is successful and meet requirements within the time frame with highest quality delivered and other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management.
b) Responsibilities
- To drive project/order fulfilment progress by developing a detailed project/order plan, defining scope of the project/order, undertaking project/order risks and delegating team member to a specific task on a day-to-day basis.
- To furnish Production Dept. with customer’s order delivery requirement/schedule and urgent request.
- Follow up with production output progress in order to meet customer’s on-time delivery plan and company’s monthly turnover target.
- To take charge of the communication/discussion with customer in regards to delivery planning.
- Managing customer’s complaint and coordination of part replacement (NCR).
- Monitoring project/order risks, manage and set deadlines, and also developing contingency plans.
- Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the planning and control of the project/order from all departments.
- Responsible to address departmental issues and develop solutions to optimize project/order execution.
- To develop SOP and work instruction for the department
- To build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project/order be it internal (in house) or external (process suppliers).
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
·Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent.
· Fresh graduates are welcome too.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
· Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in order management, project coordination, or production planning
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
