We are looking for an experienced Oracle Forms Developer to join our IT team and support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL, and will play a key role in modernizing and enhancing business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
- Write complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Participate in the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to modern platforms if required.
- Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather and understand requirements.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and application bugs.
- Optimize and tune existing code for better performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications and processes.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing Oracle Forms-based systems.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Forms (10g/11g/12c) and Oracle Reports.
- Strong command of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
- Experience working with Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) is a plus.
