The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within Upstream Operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all SPX facilities in Malaysia.
- Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance for different projects.
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to derive insights.
- Preferably familiar with logistics operations and processes.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
- Willingness to travel to SPX facilities within Malaysia for on-site analysis and support is an advantage.
