Job Duties:
- IT Administration of accounts and License Provisioning of various MSP Platforms
- Customer Service of Maintenance customers, including attending support call, ticket creation, ticket assignment, service request handling
- Support for MSP Customer
- Handle resource scheduling
- Handle RMA
- Monitoring system onboarding
- Monthly / Quarterly / On demand Reporting
- Handle Contract Generation Requests, Contract Validation, Endorsement, and Delivery
- Contract Renewal Status Monitoring
Requirement:
- Diploma or IT related course is acceptable and equivalent to at least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, on the telephone, and in writing.
- Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practices.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
