We are looking for passionate, committed and hands-on team members to join our Operations Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of event setups and exhibition booth construction.
- Supervise and manage on-site build-up and dismantling works.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality & safety compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle logistics, inventory and material management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project / Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in related field (Event Management, Construction, Logistics, etc.)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Hands-on, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work long / flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Must possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.
