Job Summary
Responsible for managing and supporting inventory and operational processes across both online and offline sales channels. This includes ensuring adequate stock levels in physical stores through monthly stock takes, coordinating stock management, and uploading content for online platforms. The role also involves liaising with the warehouse to ensure seamless stock movement and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Offline Sales Channels (Stores)
- Conduct monthly stock takes at physical store locations to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure stock levels in stores are adequate and coordinate replenishments when necessary.
- Work closely with the store assistant manager or store staff to address operational issues related to inventory and stock management.
- Provide reports on stock levels and recommend actions to optimize store inventory.
- Online Sales Channels
- Upload and manage content for products on online platforms, including websites and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Ensure the accuracy of product details, pricing, and images.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update online content in alignment with campaigns and promotions.
- Stock and Warehouse Coordination
- Act as the liaison with the third-party warehouse to ensure smooth stock movement and operations.
- Monitor stock levels across all channels and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock replenishments and returns.
- Customer Service Support
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints related to inventory availability and product details.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cheras (Kuala Lumpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
