Job Description
- Manage and oversees all operational issues and matters.
- Have own transport and can travel.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned by Director and Manager.
- Handling residential or commercial property design/renovation work.
- Responsible for checking and solving maintenance or operational issues within the branch.
- To carry out maintenance works within the Branch.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality and safety.
- overseeing and improving daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Required flexibility and ability to travel or relocate for specific assignments if needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor or Higher in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Marketing or any related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (Optional).
- Good writing and communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
- Own transport and flexible to travel.
- FRESH GRADUATE are Welcome.
- Good video shooting & editing skills and familiar with Social Media App are welcome to apply too
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
