Key Job Responsibilities:
- To process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- To verify billing information and ensure all data is correct before issuing invoices.
- To coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for billing including service details and contract terms.
- To maintain and update billing records, ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- To assist with the resolution of billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Customer service support- communicate order status, delays and backorders with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- An adiministrative background is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (Autocount, SAP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong coordination, communication and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
