Location: Kluang, Johor
Language Requirement: Mandarin Speaker Only (Required for China market dealings)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and admin teams.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery.
- Identify and solve operational issues, improving efficiency.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- No experience required — SPM and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in operations/logistics will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Must be a Mandarin speaker to liaise with China-based partners.
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
