Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end medical check-up process for customers.
- Prepare customers for relevant medical tests or investigations, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
- Assist in or conduct screening assessments and tests as required.
- Collaborate closely with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, and Specialist Clinics to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in Sales & Marketing Department activities, including promotional events and service awareness campaigns.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure from the premises.
- Prepare required equipment and assist or chaperone doctors during medical examinations and procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of relevant forms, including laboratory and charge forms, based on doctors' orders.
- Observe and report any patient behavior, complaints, or symptoms to medical staff promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient records and sensitive information.
- Support the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene within the clinic and ensure equipment is properly sanitized.
- Assist staff nurses in conducting inventory checks and stock counts.
- Perform administrative duties such as patient data entry, filing, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a healthcare or health sciences-related field.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week, following clinic operating hours.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders).
- Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
