About You
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative and operational tasks within the organization.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles responsibly and safely.
- Willing and able to travel daily to carry out car transactions.
- Inspect and assess vehicle condition prior to transaction.
- Utilize internal systems to support daily operational tasks.
- Upload required documents accurately into the system.
- Read and comprehend documents in both Malay and English.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in Malay and/or English.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines, procedures, and performance targets.
- Execute assigned processes with precision and accuracy.
- Follow the company-prepared schedule consistently.
Your Know How
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, automotive, or clerical sectors.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Strong listening skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Dedicated and committed to job responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
