1. Prepare the Consignment Note (CN) to be provided to the driver before making the delivery.
2. Book a lorry in and out of the port using the computer's CARGOMOVE system.
3. Engage and communicate with drivers and customers through WhatsApp and Call.
4. Monitor lorry's movement using the GPS system and periodically update to customer on the vehicle's whereabouts.
5. Update and hand over Request of Transport (ROT) documentation every day to the Operations Department.
7. Take immediate action in the event of damage or an accident while the driver is doing his duties. (Arrange a workshop, spare parts supplier, or Tyerman from the specified company.)
8. Place orders for spare parts based on the company's requirements.
