Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement inventory control procedures and optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and oversee timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and support training for operational staff.
- Address customer queries related to operational processes.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and assist in audits and inspections.
- Optimize resource allocation for personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop contingency plans for operational challenges.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of related experience preferred (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work overtime when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Alor Setar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
