Job Description:
- Responsible for the management of office documents and information, including the organization, filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
- Provide day-to-day operation administration support, including document preparation, issue quotation, invoice, and more.
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of office facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the office environment.
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining reasonable inventory levels.
- Creating accounts payable and receivable documents.
- Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
- Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, speaking and writing
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Basic working knowledge of accounting processes
- Keen attention to detail & tech savvy
- Preferred mandarin speakers as the position need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.
