Position: Field Service Engineer
Job Type: Contract 6 months (Renewable)
Location: JB
Salary: Rm2,300 - Rm2,500 (Salary depends on experiences)
Working Days: Non normal working day and hour.Working Hours: Staggered shifts Prefer to work at night.
Training: 1 Week - 1 Month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Providing on-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, emails, printer and network related issues.
- Installing, de-installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft (MS) Windows OS, MS
- Windows applications and others user’s application
- Performing on-site break/fix problem troubleshooting and resolution
- Performing hardware and software moves, adds, and changes.
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Invokes problem escalation process to next level of support.
- Carrying out project roll out and installation.
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
