- Handle store and office inventories, keep track of stock movement
- Maintain inventories and order office supplies as and when needed
- Process stationaries requisition, including printing of name cards, forms, letterheads, and etc.
- Monitor office facilities, escalate to project/procurement for equipment breakdown
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments
- Handle attendance system (X-Portal) for HQ and Klang Valley branches
- Provide/Assist to generate periodic reporting (attendance report, stock update, etc.)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide/Assist in periodic reporting (attendance report, customer complaints and etc.)
- Perform other duties or handle ad-hoc project as and when assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
