Medical Marketing is a niche segment that requires a team of specialized personnel with strong nutrition science knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits of our products to healthcare professionals. Educational Background & Experience: Possess a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or any Science-related field. Ideally have 1–2 years of experience in GP, hospital, or general sales. Pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a science background are also encouraged to apply.
Healthcare & Industry Knowledge: Exhibit understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care. Prior experience in selling to or working within healthcare institutions is preferred.
Technical & Business Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong business acumen with a keen interest in driving market growth and territory development.
Mobility & Flexibility: Possess own transport and be willing to travel as required to meet business and territory demands.

Execute territory medical marketing activities and ensure alignment within the medical marketing team.
Maintain close professional relationships with key opinion leaders, government officials, non-governmental organizations, associations, and other relevant personnel to further the company’s interests.
Ensure all activities conducted in medical institutions comply with both internal and external codes of conduct and regulations.
Provide timely updates to the RNM on all matters affecting sales, distribution, marketing, business trends, promotional activities, competitor activities, and other specific issues that may impact the company and/or its products.
Effectively articulate both the company’s and key competitors’ product knowledge through professional detailing skills to counter competing selling propositions.
Enhance and maintain Sales Force Effectiveness within the assigned territory to ensure substantial business growth.
