Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive retail, wholesale, and project sales channels.
- Manage with digital division for Digital marketing campaign (social media content, influencer marketing)
- Plan and organise marketing campaigns and activities (events, exhibitions, workshops, dealer seminar, top sales program, customer engagement programs)
2. Retail Sales Support and Growth
- Create in-store and digital marketing campaigns to boost retail sales.
- Provide marketing collateral, training/briefing, and support for retail staff to enhance customer engagement.
- Sales process fine tuning and setting up installation procedures.
- Generate sales analysis and monitor sales growth
3. Wholesale Channel Development
- Plan and implement marketing activities and
- Develop dealer partnerships to expand the wholesale network.
- Coordinate with wholesalers to optimize inventory turnover and market reach.
4. Project Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with the project sales team to create presentations, case studies, and proposals for large-scale projects.
5. Market Insights
- Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to refine marketing tactics.
6. Brand Awareness
- Oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and displays.
7. Team Leadership
- Guide and support team member on new product information, presenting skills, price structure, promotional strategies, after sales issues, site technical knowledge.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in marketing, business admin and business related.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related industry will be added advantage.
- 5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday (Alternate Off day) 08:30 - 13:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
