Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Respond to inquiries generated from marketing efforts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Booth Activities:
- Organize and manage booths at strategic locations (malls, exhibitions, housing fairs, etc.).
- Proactively engage with visitors to generate interest and gather leads.
- Prepare promotional materials and ensure booth displays are professional and inviting.
- Track booth performance, including visitor feedback and lead conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement:
- Meet with customers to discuss their requirements and explain our services.
- Offer professional advice on construction loan and LPPSA processes.
- Organize and conduct showroom visits or site visits with potential customers.
- Sales Documentation:
- Assist customers in completing booking forms and agreements.
- Ensure all necessary documents for loans and approvals are prepared accurately.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage referrals.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for site, booth, or customer visits.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
