Responsibilities :-
- Machine Operation & Optimization: Set up, operate, and optimize PET preform injection molding machines (e.g., Husky, Huayan, Netstal, Sipa). Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and minimal scrap.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot machine and mold issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and support equipment.
- Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as OEE improvement, cycle time reduction, and energy savings.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including ISO and GMP guidelines.
- Training & Mentorship: Train and support machine operators and junior technicians in daily operations and safety practices.
Requirements :-
- Possess at least SPM/Technical Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
- 2 years previous injection molding process experience is preferred, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too
- Strong mechanical abilities & knowledge- preferably in the Plastics Industry, with experience in Injection Molding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented
- Able to follow superior instructions
