The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer emails, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Problem Resolution:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay updated on new product features, changes, and industry trends.
Data Management:
- Accurately record customer details, inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.
- Share feedback and suggest improvements to processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- SPM, Diploma or College Degree can be considered.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
