Job Description:
- Provide medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment to walk-in and scheduled patients.
- Handle emergency and urgent care cases during clinic hours, including nights and weekends.
- Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
- Monitor patients’ progress and update medical records accordingly.
- Perform minor procedures such as wound dressing, injections, and health screenings.
- Collaborate with nurses and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, clinic policies, and patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Able to work in rotating shifts (day/night) including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills and compassionate patient care approach.
- Experience in primary care, minor procedures, and emergency management is an advantage.
- Able to work 45hours per week (extra hours will be paid as locum), 2 days off per week
