Role Summary and Impact
The Media Masters Program is a graduate trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at WPP Media – the world’s largest media company!
This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.
We have successfully equipped over 300+ individuals with the skills to be media leaders across the region. Join us as a Media Masters graduate where you can begin a new career path with a team of innovative media professionals with future possibilities to grow with us.

Who are we looking for?
- Final year students graduating in Dec 2024 & May/June 2025 may apply
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications and Business is preferred although this programme is open to graduates from all majors
- Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications.
