Responsibilities
- Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Engineering and Maintenance Department executive.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned.
- Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
- Completed the Preventative Maintenance Program and Generate Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports of machine performance
- Coordinate with the external contraction in carrying out timely preventive maintenance programs on mechanical and environmental protection system in order to maintain the best possible working condition.
- Coordinate special projects as directed by the Engineering and Department executive.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
- Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
- Responsible for alerting the Engineering and Maintenance Department executive of any unusual occurrence and damaged that have take place or that may occur,
- General cleaning-Manage and maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the plant & ensure work place at Utility area, Boiler and WWTP clean and safe.
- Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
