- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and mechanical systems (e.g., dipping lines, conveyors, dryers, and motors).
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and modification to support process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or enhancements for reliability and efficiency.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot issues affecting output or product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
