Job Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ordering: Place orders with suppliers based on material requirements, follow up on delivery schedules, track and resolve installation issues to ensure materials arrive on time and store openings proceed as scheduled.
- Cost Management: Provide quotations and manage costs for daily replenishments and location transfers.
- Inventory Management: Establish effective inventory management practices, conduct inventory reviews, and plan and coordinate inventory usage.
- Supplier Management: Effectively manage suppliers, including performance improvement, qualification processes, contract execution, renewals, and supplementary agreements.
- Data Control: Analyze procurement cost data to support cost control efforts.
- Support Tasks: Assist in internal and external departmental matters and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in supply chain procurement and supplier management. Material module experience is a plus.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (functions, formulas, and data analysis tools), ERP systems, and other relevant software.
- High attention to detail and strong ability to interpret and analyze procurement cost data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience with contract price negotiations is advantageous.
- Service-oriented, responsible, goal-focused, and able to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English is essential. Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Understanding of trade operations processes is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
