- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure sufficient stock levels
- Ensure that all raw materials are stored and handled in a safe manner
- Manage the receiving and inspection of all raw materials into the facility
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of inventory levels and transactions
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production floor
- Perform routine inspections of materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with manufacturing, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and report any inventory problems or discrepancies, and recommend solutions
