Job Description: Marketing Manager (Investment Bank, Southeast Asia)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager in financial services marketing to join our regional investment banking team. The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia, working closely with senior leaders, product specialists, and client coverage teams.
This role requires strong execution skills, creativity, and the ability to manage campaigns, events, and digital content in a fast-paced financial environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring all marketing activities align with brand, business, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Planning and executing marketing campaigns to support business growth in investment banking, treasury, and capital markets.
· Coordinate client engagement activities such as webinars, roundtables, industry events, and sponsorships.
· Manage digital and social media presence in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
· Produce marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and client communications.
· Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
· Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
· Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards in relevant jurisdictions.
· Adapt campaigns and messaging to reflect cultural and market differences across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in investment banking, financial services, or professional services.
· Experience in campaign management, client events, and digital marketing within a regulated industry.
Skills & Competencies:
· Strong understanding of financial products, investment banking services, and client needs.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design, CRM, or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
· Creative mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing activities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
