KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., FB, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
2) Support marketing campaigns, including research, content drafting, and performance tracking.
3) Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, or customer preferences.
4) Help prepare presentations, reports, or marketing materials using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
5) Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotions or brand initiatives.
6) Monitor and report on basic campaign analytics (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic).
7) Perform administrative tasks to support event planning, content calendars, or team coordination.
8) Administration for incoming calls, message, emails, etc…
REQUIREMENTS
1) Foundational Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of core marketing principles, including the 4Ps—Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
2) Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations, organize data, and prepare reports.
3) Digital & Social Media Savvy: Basic experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, particularly for content creation or scheduling. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or other basic graphic design software is a plus.
4) Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting emails, writing social media captions, and interacting with clients or team members.
5) Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
6) Driver’s License: Valid car driving license required.
7) Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
