Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, generating insights for improvement.
- Support Shopee’s promotional events, online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting for marketing activities.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and consumer behavior insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with availability to start work full-time in 2025.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content creation.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and branding consistency.
