- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO keywords).
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, or others.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Manage social media content and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials such as banners, newsletters, and product ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience and gather insights for marketing improvements.
- Support affiliate and influencer marketing efforts.
