· Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
· Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely content updates.
· Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to develop effective promotional materials.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for improvement.
· Prepare documentation and report for management approval
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
· Maintain relationships with media, agencies, and external partners.
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing assets.
· Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
· Content creation (copywriting, visuals, short videos).
· Familiarity with real estate/property industry marketing
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 2-year experience in relevant field.
- Familiar with Property Development, social media, and online advertising.
- With good communication and writing skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Mandarin, English and Malay writing skills that can lead for sales closing will be advantage.
- Willing to travel local beyond Klang Valley
