Job Description:-
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on process validation and new product introductions (NPI).
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related problems.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on technical processes and improvements.
- Assist in equipment commissioning, maintenance scheduling, and calibration as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with process optimization, quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC), and lean practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/MES systems is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
