The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (I) role will be responsible for providing end-to-end user/business support for testing and quality assurance of the solution during project delivery.
The QA is expected to:
· Test requirement analysis, test case writing, and test report output to ensure test quality.
· To provide end-to-end user/business support for the solution and application in project delivery.
· To assist and execute test cases for new application requirements.
· To troubleshoot and analyze application issues.
· To manage and deploy application fixes/version releases into various test environments.
· To perform the testing and quality assurance tasks and test independently.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
· Experience with ERP systems, digital applications, and mobile applications.
· Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage.
· Understand the basic concepts of Unix, Linux, programming, databases, and SQL.
· Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
3. Reporting Structure
· You shall be reporting to the QA manager or leader of the assigned project.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
