Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties, including the preparation and submission of statutory returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update statutory records, resolutions, and corporate documents
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- CGI (ICSA) qualification or CGQP (ICSA) finalist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial work
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese language is required (both verbal and written).
Compensations & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM 4000 – RM 4200
