• Lead project teams towards realizing Project Development from concept development to project team
release.
• Responsible and Lead project teams to achieve project targets in term of quality, cost and on time
delivery.
• Review project monthly basis with the Management Team and highlight issues which warrant their
assistance or decision as well as proposals for improvements.
• Coordinate with team members to identify risks, potential project issues and problems, troubleshoot and
derive solutions.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Implement and manage project changes and intervention to achieve project outputs.
• Responsible for project expenditure.
Qualifications
• Degree/Master in engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in NPI Project Management (preferably in design and
development environment).
• Self-driven and result oriented individual who have strong interpersonal, analytical and problem
Solving skills. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong focus on results.
• Strong Leadership skills, good communication skills, planning skills and analytical skills.
• Take lead in resolving issues with the team.
